Key Responsibilities Manage title report and Phase I/ESA report orders, maintaining detailed status trackers Assist in financial closing matters and land closings, including preparation and tracking of closing documents Support the Land Due Diligence team with electronic retention of deliverables and project coordination Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in real estate development or renewable energy, particularly in closing transactions Familiarity with real estate due diligence items such as title commitments and ALTA surveys Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks Experience with county, state, and federal agencies is a plus
