Security & Compliance Lead

A company is looking for a Security & Compliance Lead. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of IT security policies and best practices Contribute to the protection of internal infrastructure, systems, and data Assist in leading day-to-day operations of the security function and incident response Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years' experience in a cybersecurity role, with exposure to security engineering or customer-facing support Solid understanding of security tools and technologies, including SIEM and firewalls Hands-on experience with systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals Security+ certification (or similar) is required; additional certifications are a plus
