Security Field Engineer
A company is looking for a Security Field Engineer to manage customer engagements and ensure success throughout the engagement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing customer engagements and ensure customer success Collaborate with the product team on customer requests and enhancements Develop customer-specific detection use cases and assist with onboarding automation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or with a SIEM solution 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role Preferred experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success Preferred experience in Data Engineering
