Senior Account Manager, Education
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Education.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for higher education clients to achieve goals and drive revenue growth
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client institutions
Proactively assess client needs and align solutions to maximize success with LMS and VCMS offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales, focusing on the higher education market
Experience with higher education institutions utilizing LMS and/or VCMS
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships
Experience with CRM and Customer Success software, such as Salesforce
