A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Change Management Consultant. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the Florida PALM project Design and implement communication plans to inform stakeholders about project goals and benefits Design training programs and materials to prepare users for new PeopleSoft functionalities Required Qualifications Proven experience in organizational change management for large-scale ERP implementations, particularly PeopleSoft Financials or HCM Familiarity with statewide or county-wide systems or similar public sector financial systems Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations Proficiency in creating communication plans, training materials, and adoption metrics
