Senior Associate, Energy Finance
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Energy Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities: Support the structuring, diligence, and execution of debt, tax equity, and sponsor equity transactions Own and maintain detailed cash-flow models for individual projects and portfolios Evaluate project opportunities for economic viability and financeability Required Qualifications: 3-6 years of project or structured finance experience in renewable energy, infrastructure PE, or investment banking Advanced financial modeling skills, particularly in project finance and tax equity models Familiarity with energy infrastructure, distributed generation, or battery storage Experience with BESS or distributed generation project structures is a plus Understanding of key tax equity drivers such as depreciation and ITC eligibility is preferred
