A company is looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support critical infrastructure initiatives in optimizing and transitioning parts of their Azure cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level support for Azure IaaS operations, including VMs, storage, backups, and virtual networking Conduct detailed inventory and rightsizing of the existing Azure environment to reduce unnecessary spend Lead cleanup efforts of legacy or inefficient configurations across the Azure estate Required Qualifications 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure Demonstrated expertise in Azure virtual machines, backups, storage, and networking Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks Ability to navigate and clean up large, complex Azure environments Experience with Azure cost optimization and rightsizing
