Senior BI Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst focused on data reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities Support management in developing and executing a BI and reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business intelligence needs Design, develop, and deliver management dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for actionable insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes Experience working with a P&C insurance company, ideally in operational areas like Underwriting and Claims
