A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Assistant to lead and support lower-level assistants in handling telephone inquiries. Key Responsibilities Responds to routine and non-routine telephone inquiries about the company and its services Tracks calls and enters information regarding the nature of inquiries using a computer system Trains lower-level Call Center Assistants and ensures reference documents are up to date Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience Thorough knowledge of established procedures and reference documents Experience in training others Ability to assist in amending or developing procedures
