Senior Case Administrator
A company is looking for a Sr. Case Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and manage new business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned regions, processing new business administration tasks from case setup to final disposition
Maintain high-quality customer relationships by assessing needs and providing timely support, including case updates and compliance with regulatory policies
Collaborate with various departments and financial professionals to ensure efficient processing and resolution of customer requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
Prior experience or knowledge of insurance is a plus
Competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
