Senior Case Administrator
A company is looking for a Sr. Case Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships with Strategic Alliance Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned regions, managing the day-to-day processing of new business administration tasks
Review and resolve discrepancies in life insurance applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Professionals and internal teams to enhance the new business process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
Prior experience and/or knowledge of insurance is a plus
Competent computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
