Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all components of clinical trials from protocol development to publication Lead a cross-functional study team, managing risks and implementing innovative processes Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with study protocols, timelines, and budgets Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, Master's degree with 8 years, or PhD with 6 years of experience 4+ years of clinical trials experience, including CRA/field monitor experience Strong knowledge of clinical trial drug development processes and regulations Experience in planning, launching, monitoring, and closing Phase 1-3 clinical trials Relevant clinical research certifications preferred but not required
