Manager SEC & Technical Accounting
A company is looking for a Manager/SR Manager SEC & Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities Manage the SEC process, including annual report and 10Q/10K filings Act as SME on technical/GAAP accounting issues and lead the implementation of new accounting standards Partner with various teams and assist with due diligence on potential acquisitions and audit processes Required Qualifications Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in relevant areas Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus Strong understanding of technical accounting, M&A accounting, and revenue recognition Experience with SOX controls and stock-based compensation Ability to perform technical accounting research
