Key Responsibilities
Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
Develop and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformations
Proven ability to build relationships and present to senior leaders
Strong analytical skills to assess risks and make data-driven decisions
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
