Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage global compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
Partner with leadership to improve total rewards strategies and support the review process for compensation adjustments
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitiveness and utilize data analytics for program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in total rewards, benefits, and strategic compensation, preferably in a tech environment
Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits principles and market trends
Expertise in HRIS and People systems, along with process optimization skills
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of scalable solutions
Ability to work in high-growth and ambiguous start-up environments
