Senior Manager of Equity Administration
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Equity Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of global equity compensation plans and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide employee support regarding equity compensation
Analyze data and market trends to improve equity administration processes and prepare reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus
Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years managing vendor relationships
Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and related regulations
Experience managing executive compensation plans in Workday is preferred
Familiarity with tax and accounting implications of compensation programs
