A company is looking for a Sr Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator. Key Responsibilities Oversees the construction draw process for a portfolio of loans, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements Reviews loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations, and communicates deficiencies to relevant parties Assists management with complex transactions, monitors daily activities, and provides expert direction to less experienced associates Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with no experience in loan documentation prep or review, or a High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Experience in financial services construction loans and budget management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines Intermediate Excel experience and strong customer service skills
