Senior Counsel - State Licensed
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to support its inbound, procurement, and sourcing business needs. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various procurement-related agreements to protect the company's interests Ensure compliance with open source licensing requirements and applicable laws Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal and business objectives Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar 5+ years of commercial legal experience, with a blend of law firm and in-house experience Strong experience in drafting and managing professional services and SaaS agreements Experience with technology companies, particularly in cybersecurity, is a plus Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus
