A company is looking for a senior manager of the loss prevention & safety services process. Key Responsibilities Lead the Loss Prevention & Safety Services department team and manage profitable growth and loss prevention strategy Deliver cost-efficient loss prevention and safety service insights and recommendations to customers, underwriters, and agents Create and execute a loss prevention framework that aligns with corporate strategies and includes methods for measuring effectiveness Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED with eight years of relevant experience, including three years in a leadership role, or a Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field with five years of experience and three years in leadership Experience in transportation loss prevention, safety services, claims, or business process management Proven ability to drive and influence change Strong leadership and people development skills Process-oriented with sound, analytically based decision-making ability
