Support Escalation Engineer
A company is looking for a Support Escalation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2+ technical support and manage customer technical issues
Perform software and operating system updates and assist in deploying solutions
Monitor support activity and ensure compliance with customer SLAs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or medical imaging informatics
Experience with Linux operating systems and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with customer support case management tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira)
Knowledge of healthcare information protocols and standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS)
Computer science degree or similar discipline is desirable
