Senior Customer Education Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Education Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of a comprehensive customer certification program, including course content and assessment criteria
Design and build self-paced online courses for customers to learn at their own speed
Create engaging certification exams to validate customers' skills and knowledge of the product
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in customer education or similar roles focused on certification programs
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and experience with online course creation
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and certification tools
Analytical mindset to measure and optimize program success based on data
Experience developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
