Senior Customer Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive annual planning, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and business review functions in collaboration with the Finance team
Lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and internal collaboration processes throughout the post-sales journey
Analyze and report on key financial, operational, and customer metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar functions
Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling teams and workflows in a customer-facing or operations function
Deep knowledge of Professional Services and Customer Success processes and metrics
Experience with managing budgets, forecasting, and performing variance analysis
Direct experience with a SaaS business model and core KPIs in a high-growth environment
