Key Responsibilities Develop long-range manufacturing strategies and plans, identifying operational factors impacting capacity Perform data analysis and modeling to optimize manufacturing network performance Lead Manufacturing Network Design by modality and nodes, supporting business case development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; MBA or equivalent experience may be considered 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or a similarly regulated industry Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions, especially at senior leadership levels Demonstrated capability in developing and leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects Experience in managing large-scale change initiatives within a manufacturing context
