Senior Customer Success Architect
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect in the central region (CST) to provide guidance on data management and consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
Competent in programming languages and concepts relevant to modern web and mobile development (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python)
Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or related domains is preferred
Execution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete deliverables on time
Strong curiosity for understanding and improving data management processes
