Senior Customer Success Architect
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data management experience for customers
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
Competent in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, and RESTful APIs
Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence is preferred
Strong execution and customer service orientation
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
