Key Responsibilities Provide insights, guidance, and coordination to the Commercial Senior Leadership team on critical strategy and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to build a vision, strategy, and execution plan for the 1-3 year direction Manage multiple high-visibility strategic initiatives and engage with executive-level customers on various topics Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience in strategic planning, marketing, finance, or strategy functions Strong analytical skills and ability to process information quickly Proven ability to lead through change and engage a wide range of stakeholders Demonstrated experience in driving implementation of initiatives and managing business risks Capability to communicate effectively across all levels of a large, matrixed organization
