Key Responsibilities Assist in the organization, analysis, and presentation of data with clinical and financial management staff Participate in the maintenance of hospital and physician Chargemaster, charge structure, and charge coding Perform ongoing and special financial analysis and support for management throughout the health system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associate degree in accounting, finance, HIT, or a related field required OR two years of relevant healthcare experience may substitute for education Experience related to pricing setting and charge master maintenance preferred Basic understanding of financial management, analysis, and reporting in healthcare preferred
