Construction Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Construction Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and communication with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with various companies to obtain and verify necessary vendor information for loan processing Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets, ensuring all documentation is complete before submission to underwriting Prepare loan approval summaries and manage the loan pipeline within allotted turn times Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with renovation and/or new construction lending Familiarity with automated Loan Origination Systems, specifically Encompass LOS Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage-related regulations
