Senior Dispute Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Dispute Specialist to support daily operations of the Mastercard and Visa Disputes Team.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Represent the Disputes Team in cross-functional initiatives and communicate key developments
Monitor project progress and performance metrics while identifying and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3-4 years of experience in process improvement or financial/payment card operations
Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in managing complex projects
Experience in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and project management tools
