Workforce Management Forecaster
A company is looking for a Work Force Management Long-Term Forecaster.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and adjusts forecasting and staffing models based on business changes and performance metrics
Tracks call volume and trends, providing insights for staffing recommendations and budget planning
Communicates variance analysis and presents staffing recommendations to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of related experience
Experience with real-time Call Center management and workforce management systems
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible hours as needed by the department
