Key Responsibilities Design, configure, implement, optimize, maintain, and support clinical systems related to hospital and professional billing claims Assist with charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, special projects, and training material preparation Collaborate with operational and technical resources to enhance workflows and system functionalities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Three years of related experience in clinical applications analysis or programming Certification or accreditation in Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Claims is preferred Experience in administration, maintenance, and support of Epic billing claims and remittance Understanding of clinical workflows and system adoption strategies
