Senior Electrical Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer to support utility-scale battery energy storage projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and review advanced electrical studies such as arc flash analysis and reactive power studies Lead the design and engineering of key components for utility-scale energy storage systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and integrate system-level solutions Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in Solar PV or Energy Storage engineering and/or construction Proficiency in ETAP, PSCAD, and PSS/E software tools Expertise in power electronics, BESS design, substation design, and generation tie-line design Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and relevant safety and design standards
