Key Responsibilities: Consults with People Business Partners, Managers, and Employees to provide guidance on employee relations issues and facilitate resolutions Handles performance, disciplinary, and termination issues while following appropriate escalation guidelines Completes research for due diligence to mitigate risk and effectively manages a call schedule with employees or managers Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a corporate employee relations role Knowledge of State and Federal employment law, including ADA, FLSA, and EEO Availability to work Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. central Ability to telecommute while residing within the United States or be within a commutable distance to the office in Minnetonka, MN
