Senior Events Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist- Events (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage execution and logistics of trade shows and partner/client events Coordinate with sales and marketing to determine critical events and sponsorship levels Negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and providing estimates Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years tradeshow support experience in a corporate environment Familiarity with tradeshow accounting and billing processes Experience in project management and vendor relations Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills in unexpected situations
