Key Responsibilities Lead daily work assignments for a team of Fraud Investigations Specialists Remain current with emerging fraud typologies and escalate new trends as necessary Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements to mitigate fraud risks Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Fraud Management at a Financial Institution, FinTech, or Payments firm 2+ years of experience managing processes and/or people Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/statistics field, criminology, business, finance, or equivalent experience Deep knowledge of payment channels and associated risks CFE and/or CAMS certification preferred
