A company is looking for a Senior Growth Data Analyst specializing in marketing and ad monetization to optimize business performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing, user acquisition, and ad monetization data to identify trends and optimize strategies
Develop standardized dashboards and real-time reports to monitor key KPIs and support decision-making
Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and ROAS
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing (user acquisition) analytics within mobile gaming
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Tableau is a plus
Understanding of user acquisition channels, ad mediation, and key metrics like LTV, ARPU, and eCPM
Ability to run statistical analyses, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and optimize data-driven strategies
