Senior HIPP Case Manager

A company is looking for a Senior HIPP Case Management professional, remote in the USA. Key Responsibilities Provide enrollment assistance and information about the HIPP/Premium Assistance program to Medicaid eligible recipients Verify and document health care coverage for Medicaid recipients and assist in identifying eligible members for the program Maintain active cases and complete periodic reports related to enrollment and premium reviews Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored programs Experience in call center operations, including making outbound inquiries and handling inbound calls Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Bilingual skills and knowledge of healthcare terminology are preferred
