Senior HR Advisor - Norway
A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor for Norway.
Key Responsibilities
Develop internal and external policies on leave management, performance management, investigations and claims, and terminations
Execute leave of absence management, performance management, and other HR challenges that present legal or regulatory risk
Manage employee claims related to unemployment benefits, leave or disability benefits, and grievances
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR advice/consulting or internal HR functions in a fast-paced organization in Norway
Deep understanding of HR and payroll compliance rules and regulations in Finland
Experience managing employee claims related to unemployment benefits and grievances
Strong project management and organizational skills
Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
