A company is looking for a Senior HR People Partner who will work with personnel and event-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Take care of personnel evaluation and development
Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and internal corporate cultural development activities
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in the IT industry
Experience in conducting HR interviews
Full-cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
Experience in introducing and updating company policies
Upper-Intermediate level of English
