Senior HRIS Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Engineer (SuccessFactors).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions aligned with HR best practices
Oversee integration of HRIS with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow
Develop data management strategies to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 6+ years of technical experience in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Compensation Management
Functional understanding of HR business processes related to Core HR and Compensation Cycle Planning
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
