A company is looking for a Workforce Analyst. Key Responsibilities Meet regularly with HR Staffing Adequacy team and program leadership to discuss workforce plans and timelines Create materials and templates to inform program leaders about workforce size and resourcing plans Analyze capacity and skills data to develop executive-level summaries for leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of workforce planning experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience Prior workforce planning experience at a large commercial bank Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
