Workforce Analyst
A company is looking for a Workforce Analyst to join its Workforce Management team. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasting and scheduling processes Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Workforce Analysis Expert proficiency in Excel and SQL Proficiency with Workforce Management software, preferably Assembled Experience with data visualization tools is a plus Familiarity with contact center operations and scheduling constraints
