Senior Human Resources Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources who will serve as a strategic HR leader overseeing the HRBP team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HRBP team to enhance employee programs through data analysis and policy development
Provide strategic direction in managing organizational risk and cultivating a positive workplace culture
Partner with senior leadership to advise on HR strategies and monitor HR data to address workplace culture issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5 years management experience, with at least 3 years in HR management
Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including talent development and employee relations
Expertise in conflict resolution and developing collaborative solutions
Understanding of data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and implement workforce optimization strategies
