A company is looking for a Senior IT Operations Generalist to support critical operations in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical support for macOS and some Windows users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues Administer and manage the Google Workspace environment, including user provisioning and security settings Ensure security and compliance of Mac and Windows endpoints and Google Workspace in accordance with government regulations Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on macOS administration and Google Workspace management Proven experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including security and compliance Solid understanding of macOS and Windows security best practices and endpoint management Familiarity with security and compliance requirements relevant to US government contracts is a plus
