A company is looking for a Head of Government Affairs to lead legislative engagement efforts at the state and federal level. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for legislative engagement and outreach to align business priorities with policy objectives Serve as a representative in industry forums and manage crisis communications related to government relations Establish and manage a Political Action Committee (PAC), overseeing fundraising and compliance activities Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in public relations and government affairs management Must be located in or near Washington, DC for a fully remote position Preferred Juris Doctor degree Demonstrated record of success lobbying the U.S. federal government
