Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the learning strategy for multiple roles across the GTM organization
Design and develop blended learning experiences, leveraging modern instructional techniques and AI
Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with team goals and define success metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role
Experience in building and managing a team of learning experience design professionals
Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
Proficiency with AI and learning tools, including LMS/CMS systems
Strong project management and visual design skills
