Key Responsibilities Lead Revenue Cycle standardization and quality initiatives, managing timelines with significant P&L implications Execute and enhance the operating model while acting as a change agent to establish common goals across hospital organizations Partner with the Customer Executive team to align operational and financial objectives and contribute to strategy development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required At least 10 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Revenue Cycle Proven track record of success in progressively advancing leadership roles for at least 5 years Experience in driving complex change and a strategic vision for operational excellence Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting
