Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance onboarding processes
Ensure timely delivery of integration projects while managing technical challenges and aligning with customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR or HR technology with a focus on managing processes or systems
5+ years of experience leading technical onboarding or integrations in B2B SaaS environments
Strong technical background with experience in integration tools and technologies
Proven experience in revamping onboarding processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
