Senior Manager of Disputes
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Disputes Investigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Disputes agents and Managers handling escalations, complaints, appeals, and disputes
Lead workstreams on automation, product, or process improvements with internal teams
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to dispute activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in banking disputes and investigations
Minimum 6 years of management experience in financial institutions
Knowledge of banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations
Experience in training staff on new processes and procedures
Experience managing relationships with off-shore global operations partners (BPO)
