Channel Partnerships Manager
A company is looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to build and scale a partner ecosystem in the health benefits sector.
Key Responsibilities
Create and grow relationships with stakeholders in the benefits broker, HR, and payroll communities
Own and drive the full partner lifecycle from outreach to ongoing relationship management
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the partner and end-customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of channel sales or partnerships experience, preferably in high-growth B2B startups
Strong track record in partner-driven or quota-carrying sales roles
Deep familiarity with the benefits, insurance, or HR tech ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence with external stakeholders
Experience operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
