A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Onboarding, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure successful enterprise implementations
Design and refine the enterprise onboarding journey and related playbooks for high-impact implementations
Monitor onboarding accounts for risk and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 2-3+ years in a leadership position
Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve adoption and retention goals
Strong track record in developing customer onboarding strategies
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
