Key Responsibilities Execute a collections strategy combining omnichannel call center collections with direct engagement with Debt Settlement Companies (DSC) Drive the expansion of DSC partnerships and manage the onboarding of market share leaders Manage day-to-day operations of a collections team, including recruiting, training, and performance tracking Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in collections and recovery, including team management and operational processes Experience with vendor management across various recovery agencies and legal entities Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation (Excel, SQL preferred) Understanding of regulatory policies guiding the consumer collection and recovery industry Bachelor's degree is required
