Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Recruiting Coordination team to enhance candidate and interviewer experiences
Partner on the implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies and manage their long-term effectiveness
Collaborate with TA leaders to create and maintain recruiting dashboards for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
Experience leading recruiting operations or coordination functions in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem/Ashby, or similar systems
Proficient in recruiting data analysis and reporting
Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and process improvement
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and balance execution with strategic planning
