Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Recruiting Coordination team to enhance candidate and interviewer experiences Partner on the implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies and manage their long-term effectiveness Collaborate with TA leaders to create and maintain recruiting dashboards for informed decision-making Required Qualifications Experience leading recruiting operations or coordination functions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem/Ashby, or similar systems Proficient in recruiting data analysis and reporting Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and process improvement Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and balance execution with strategic planning
